| Sessions | | | 8 May 2010 - Constitutional Court of BiH completed today its Extraordinary Plenary Session at which it examined the following item on the Agenda: „Deliberation of the Proposal on Dismissal of the Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Krstan Simic”. Pursuant to Article VI (1)(c) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Article 101 paragraphs 1 and 2, line 5 in conjunction with Article 94 paragraph 2 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina no. 60/05, 64/08 and 51/09), the Constitutional Court of BiH has taken a final and binding decision on dismissal of Judge Krstan Simic from the office.
At its next plenary session scheduled for 28 May 2010, the Constitutional Court of BiH shall verify the text of its decision and publish it in the official gazettes pursuant to Article 11 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
